NDIS provides funding for individuals to access post school options where funding is required, such as Day Options. Individual plans need to be reviewed in the latter part of the year if possible, to plan for and source funding for post school options.

School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) is a type of funding provided through the NDIS to help an individual reach their goals, objectives and aspirations. SLES is a support for Year 12 school leavers to assist them transition from school and reach their employment goals. Support may include work experience, generally in open employment, job skills training, travel training and activities that contribute to achieving an employment outcome.
